Experiencing occasional anxiety and feeling stressed when the pressure is on is a normal part of everyday life.
But what happens when these thoughts and feelings escalate and we find ourselves in a negative spiral, experiencing overwhelming and intense worry, fear and panic about everyday life events and situations?
What happens when things become just too much for us and we find ourselves struggling to cope and manage our everyday, normal routine?
Anxiety, stress and depression can leave us feeling so isolated and have us believing that no-one else could possibly understand just how unbearable a position we find ourselves in.
It's when we are at our limit, when we are tired of trying to cope with these all-consuming thoughts and feelings by ourselves, we may decide it's time to reach out for some professional help.
I am a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) who is offering online counselling across the UK. I am also a Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP).
Through my own experiences with anxiety, stress and depression I understand the effect these issues can have on you; not just mentally but physically too. The constant feelings of tiredness and fatigue, the loss of interest in activities we once enjoyed, motivation and pride in our work and becoming irritated and snappy with our loved ones for no apparant reason; I've gone through all of it. My own experiences are why I have been working with clients affected by these issues since 2017.
I want to show you how we can work together to help you overcome these problems and alleviate the symptoms you are experiencing at this time. If you think this is you, why not get in touch below and get started on your counselling journey?
I would love to work with and help empower you to get to the place you want to be.
